To access the Sound Effects Manager, please do the following:
Step 1: Install the audio CODEC driver.
Step 2: Click either:
The Sound Effect Manager icon in the Notification Area of the system task
bar (

The Sound Effect Manager icon in the Control Panel (Figure D-3).
